The Soul’s Wakeup Call

Is it possible that you’re missing out on some of your deepest opportunities for growth, healing, fulfillment, and harmony with others? How can you know? What if you were to awaken to a crucial area that you’ve neglected? It’s certainly not too late to explore and act!

Come get inspired during our study/discussion session after the service on August 26th. It falls near the beginning of the Hebrew month of Elul, a month of soulful awakening and preparation for Rosh Hashanah and Yom Kippur, less than a month later. We’ll study the shofar call (ram’s horn blast), which happens every day during Elul, and helps to stir our souls to greater awareness. The session is inspired by a chapter from a book entitled “This Is Real and You Are Completely Unprepared”, by Rabbi Alan Lew, of blessed memory. Purchasing or borrowing the book is highly recommended, but not required to attend.
