Join us for a “special edition” of our traditional service. This service will include a post-election introduction to Self-Care: Cleanse Your Cache™ led by Arlene J.M. Grant, who is an activist, artist, and attorney in the Baltimore area. The Self-Care experience will include a video meditation, guided meditation, and creative expression (you can choose to journal, sketch, etc.). Self-Care helps you to manage your reaction to stress; maintain health and wellness; and realize success in personal and professional commitments.
